The content inside the tag is shown if the specified fact is not being currently exported to PDF and if the text part of the fact is not empty. If the fact is a folder it should not be empty in order the content inside the tag to be shown. 

You can use this tag only in html mode and at the very beginning of the html text you should type <advancedparser/>!
