Exporting Literature facts
For all those who collect bibliographic data using the FCS-platform, there is a literature export available. The P-Admin of the platform defines which user groups are allowed to use the literature export menu. In the service Factlist & Suche there is a special sub-menu with which you can create csv file with the data of the literature-facts. The completed csv file can be opened in a spread-sheet program like e.g.: MS Exel or Open Office.

|3| Click on the modify-button in the lowest row cvs-export options
|4| Choose the groups, which should see the export menu.
|5| Click on the Save changes, in order to save your input data.
